Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between Servallhost, an SASU with a capital of 1,000 euros (6 rue d'Anjou, 60000 Beauvais, France, SIRET 93237892000023, RCS Beauvais) and any person making a purchase on this site.
Article 2 - Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Servallhost reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 3 - Order
The customer validates their order after checking the details, the total price, and, if necessary, modifying the information provided before confirming their acceptance. This validation constitutes unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 4 - Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order, via the payment methods offered on the site. Transactions are secured by our payment provider.
Article 5 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, within the deadlines indicated on the product sheet or when ordering. In case of significant delay, the customer will be informed.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by an unambiguous declaration (email or mail) to servallhost@gmail.com. The product must then be returned within 14 days, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Article 7 - Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Servallhost will refund all sums paid (excluding return costs, which are the responsibility of the customer unless we are at fault), within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer may also invoke the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee against hidden defects (see Article 8), without any charge to them.
Article 8 - Legal Guarantees
All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), without additional cost to the customer.
Article 9 - Liability
Servallhost cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product, contrary to the instructions provided.
Article 10 - Disputes and Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer can freely resort to a consumer mediator. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
